In article indicators of efficiency of the state purchasing policy are considered. The author’s technique of an assessment developed on the basis of the analysis of the principles of procurement is stated. Need of consideration of indicators for dynamics for definition of tendencies of development of the state purchasing policy is proved.

В статье рассматриваются показатели эффективности государственной закупочной политики. Изложена методика оценки, разработанная на основе анализа принципов прокьюремента. Обоснована необходимость рассмотрения показателей в динамике в целях определения тенденций развития государственной закупочной политики.
