Abstract

The main reasons of global financial and economic crisis are revealed. It is shown that especially the hyperactivity of the financial market by means of creation of the financial bubble from the derivatives in order to realize the maximum profit led to its break-up. The accepted antirecessionary measures are analyzed. As an alternative of the economic irresponsibility of top-managers and their priority current maximum profit it is offered to use the crisis to realize a new quality of the business by means of returning into the management the values of self-restriction, morality, personal legal and civil responsibility for the results of the enterprise activity, revival of social responsibility and social consciousness.
