Возможности коррекции 2-(1′-гидрокси-4′-изопропенил-1′-метилциклогексил-2′-тио)-метилэтаноатом оксидативного стресса, возникшего у крыс на фоне хронического пролиферативного воспаления

Abstract

Изучено влияние 2-(1′-гидрокси-4′-изопренил-1′-метилциклогексил-2′-тио)-метилэтаноата на процессы свободно-радикального окисления и его противовоспалительная активность на модели фетровой гранулемы. Показано, что исследуемый препарат повышает антиоксидантную защиту организма, эффективно снижает интенсивность свободно-радикального окисления и оказывает антипролиферативный эффект, не уступающий диклофенаку, что является подтверждением перспективности дальнейшего фармакологического исследования данного соединения.

Impact of 2-(1′-hydroxy-4-isopropenyl-1′-methylcyclohexyl-2′-thio)-methylethanoate on processes of free radical oxidation and its anti-inflammatory activity on felt granuloma model has been studied. It is shown that study drug increases the body’s antioxidant defense, effectively reduces the intensity of free radical oxidation and it has antiproliferative effects is not inferior to diclofenac. Such results confirm the prospects of further pharmacological studies of this compound.
