Клинические особенности поражения печени у больных гемобластозами

Abstract

На основании патоморфологического исследования печени 60 пациентов с гемобластозами выделены 2 группы -с опухолевым поражением печени (44 человека) и без него (16 пациентов). Установлено, что при опухолевой инфильтрации печени достоверно чаще определяются гепатомегалия, спленомегалия, геморрагический синдром, синдром опухолевой интоксикации, тромбоцитопенический синдром, холестатический, внутриклеточный холестаз. Особенностью холестатического синдрома является преимущественное повышение уровня щелочной фосфатазы. Частота цитолитического синдрома выше при сопутствующей патологии печени, билиарной системы, поджелудочной железы. Наиболее высокие показатели маркеров цитолиза регистрируются при сочетании гемобластозов с инфицированием вирусами гепатита С и В.
