Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы обеспечения безопасности труда, приводятся материалы социологического опроса работодателей и работников, посвященного вопросам охраны труда и улучшения условий труда, оценке поведения работников в области сохранения и поддержания здоровья в процессе трудовой деятельности. Подчеркивается необходимость пересмотра теоретических подходов к управлению охраной труда в современных условиях и переноса центра тяжести в системе управления охраной труда в организациях с реактивных принципов управления на разработку превентивных мер, направленных на профилактику негативных воздействий на человека производственных факторов в процессе трудовой деятельности.

This article discusses the problems of labour safety, the opinion poll data of employers and employees on labour protection and working conditions improvement, employees" behaviour appraisal in sphere of the preservation of health and health support at the workplace is given. The necessity to revise the theoretical approaches to the occupational safety and health control today and shifting the main point in the labour protection control system in organizations from «reactive» management principles to the development of preventive measures aimed to the prevention of the negative effects of production factors on a person in the labour activity is emphasized.
