Abstract

In the article the researches on justification of composition and technologie of gel based on two phytocomplexes of urtica dioca were outlined. It was studied the degree of the release of phytocomplexes of leaves urtica dioca from gels. It was shown that the optimal concentration of chlorophyll is 2% and the juice of urtica dioca is 10%.Our study is the wellknown and common herb nettle leaves which contain a rich set of lipophilic and water-soluble compounds. The ultimate goal of our research is the development of technology and gel based on two phytocomplex of nettle leaves. Maximum chlorophyll is purified lipophilic phase plant, and the juice of freshly picked leaves of a nettle -complex water-soluble substances. [1] During the implementation of this goal primary goal of research was to determine the optimal concentration of these phytocomplex nettle in the composition of the gel.
