Лечение задержки внутриутробного развития плода: традиции и перспективы

Abstract

Проблема задержки внутриутробного развития плода продолжает оставаться наиболее актуальной задачей современной перинаталогии. Это связано с высоким уровнем перинатальной смертности и заболеваемости, снизить который не представляется возможным в связи с малой эффективностью существующих традиционный методов терапии. Разработан перспективный метод экстраплацентарной трансумбиликаль-ной терапии, эффективность и безопасность которого требует тщательной оценки.
