Abstract

Представлены результаты оперативного лечения чрезвертельных переломов бедренной кости с использованием малоинвазивных технологий в ортопедо-травматологическом отделении Ровенской областной клинической больницы. С целью фиксации использовались блокирующие интрамедуллярные стержни Beznoska и ChM, гвозди Stryker Gamma III и PFNa (Synthez). В течение 3 лет выполнены оперативные вмешательства 43 больным. Результаты лечения отслежены у 39 (91 %) больных. Отличные результаты получены у 5 (13 %) больных, хорошие — у 31 (79 %) больного, удовлетворительные — у 3 (8 %), неудовлетворительные — 0 %.

There are presented outcomes of operative treatment pertrochanteric femur fractures using minimally invasive techniques in orthopedics and traumatology department of Rivne regional clinical hospital. For the fixation there have been used locking intramedullary nails Beznoska and ChM, Stryker Gamma III and PFNa (Synthez). During 3 years 43 patients were operated. Treatment outcomes have been followed up in 39 (91 %) patients. Excellent results obtained in 5 (13 %) patients, good results — in 31 (79 %) patients, satisfactory — in 3 (8 %), poor results were not obtained.
