Abstract

This article is considered the management problem of organization cash flows to optimize their size. There is carried out the comparative analysis of analytical, direct, indirect and coefficient methods of cash flows analysis. There is developed the algorithm of the complex analysis and estimates of organization cash flows, which is approved on materials organizations of the building materials industry. Using of offered five-factorial model of an assessment of cash flows efficiency will allow to carry out the factor analysis of cash flow efficiency and to estimate sufficiency and adequacy of cash flows.
