The influence of theoretical issues of main scientific ap-proaches to the strategy on formation mechanisms of com-petitive advantages of the organization is researched in the article. The restrictions of application of the main schools of strategy are revealed. В статье исследовано влияние теоретических положений основных научных подходов к стратегии на механизмы формирования конкурентных преимуществ организации. Выяснены рамки применения основных школ стратегии. Предложено уточнение содержания стратегии с позиций ресурсного подхода к стратегическому менеджменту.
