Abstract

Outcomes of pregnancy and sorts for mother and a fetus in group of women with diabetes 1th type, received predgravidathion preparation, under the control of morphology of biological liquids, are marked more favorable, the smaller quantity of complications, was not cases antenatal destructions of a fetus, at women not past such preparation was lost 12,2±4,3% of fetus, pregnancy has become complicated gestosis a heavy degree only at 7,1% of women, in control group such complication was at 31,6±6,2%, and at 10,5±4,1% was also preeclampsia syndrome fetal growth retardation, chronic hypoxy a fetus, placentary insufficiency met in 2 times less often, than in control group, almost in 7 times less often pregnancy was finished late and in 2 times was premature birth less, diabetic fetopatia was developed in 3,3 times less often at women past preparation. Improvement of parameters of morphology of biological liquids from panology unstable in physiologically unstable has enabled to resolve approach of pregnancy at women with diabetes 1th type at which in the subsequent the best outcomes of pregnancy are marked, than in group not taking place predgravidathion preparation.
