Abstract

Представлено экспериментальное обоснование применения водно-этанольного экстракта из морской бурой водоросли Fucusevanescens в технологии хлебобулочных изделий с целью создания продуктов массового потребления с профилактическим действием. В эксперименте на животных обоснована биологическая активность хлебобулочных изделий актопротекторное действие
