Abstract

The relevance of research. Development of maritime transport industry currently requires development of innovative human resources. This task was formulated by Rosmorrechflot at the latest “Transportation week” dated from 05.12.2014. Methods. To assess the assumptions work in this direction, the author reviewed the current state of the Russian economy and efficiency of the current implementation of the Transport strategy of the RF for the period up to 2030. Results and scientific novelty. Then the author gives a definition of innovative potential of an employee and develops a set of his professional qualities. In the work of the author makes a system of methodical approaches that are necessary for specialists-innovators training. In particular, the author offered a coaching approach, interactive techniques and master-classes of the maritime industry professionals.

Актуальность исследования. Развитие морской транспортной отрасли России в настоящий момент требует формирования инновационных кадров. Такую задачу ставит руководство Росморречфлота на последней «Транспортной неделе» 05.12.2014г. Методы. Для оценки предпосылок работы в данном направлении автор проанализировал современное состояние российской экономики и эффективность текущей реализации Транспортной стратегии РФ на период до 2030 года. Результаты и научная новизна. Автор дает определение инновационного потенциала работника и формирует набор его профессиональных качеств. В работе автором создана система методических подходов, необходимых для подготовки специалистов-новаторов. В частности, предложен коучинг-подход, интерактивные методы, мастер-классы специалистов морской отрасли.
