Влияние паводка на состояние строительных объектов Архангельска

Abstract

Исследуется затопление городских территорий Архангельска в период ледохода 2010 года. Приведены количественные показатели уровня воды, скорости течения и другие характеристики реки Северная Двина в этот период. Разработаны противопаводковые мероприятия для предотвращения повреждения строительных объектов в случае затопления и дана качественная оценка их эффективности. Определено влияние затопления на состояние строительных конструкций

Described the flooding of urban areas in Arkhangelsk during the drifting of ice in 2010, presents quantitative indicators of water level, flow rate and other characteristics of the Northern Dvina River in this time. Flood control measures are designed to prevent damage to buildings in the event of flooding, and given a qualitative assessment of their effectiveness.
