Abstract

Статья раскрывает теоретический анализ нововведения в Уголовный кодекс РФ, относящегося к выделению сотрудника органа внутренних дел в качестве отдельного субъекта (ст. 286.1 УК РФ). Также в статье анализируется новое обстоятельство, отягчающее наказание п. о) ч.1 ст. 63 УК РФArticle opens the theoretical analysis of an innovation in the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, the employee of law-enforcement body concerning allocation as the separate subject (item 286.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation). Also in article the new circumstance aggravating punishment the item ч.1 item 63 of the criminal code of Russian Federation is analyzed
