Исследование влияния комплекса модификаторов на кинетику твердения бетонов

Abstract

Influence of the complex modifier on concrete durability is investigated. It is established that introduction of Glenium ACE 430 softener reduces concrete’s water requirement by 17-30% keeping identical mobility. Use of Glenium ACE 430 supersoftener with out CEED 100 X-accelerator reduces concrete durability by 5% in comparison with an exemplar without modifier, however on 3 and the 28th days durability increase for 18% and 22% respectively is observed. The increase in durability three times exemplars with the maintenance of Glenium ACE 430 and an accelerating agent of X-CEED 100 in comparison with an exemplar without modifiers for the first days, twice on 3-and days, 1,5 times on 28-е days is observed. Decrease in a consumption of cement from 400 kg/m3 to 345 kg/m3 is expedient since it does not lead to strength reduction concrete´s durability with the complex modifier.

Исследовано влияние комплексного модификатора на прочность бетона. Установлено, что введение пластификатора GleniumACE 430 снижает водопотребность бетона на 17-30% при условии сохранения равноподвижности. Применение суперпластификатора GleniumACE 430 без ускорителя X-CEED 100 снижает прочность бетона на 5 % в сравнении с образцом без модификатора, однако на 3 и 28 сутки наблюдается прирост прочности на 18% и 22% соответственно. Наблюдается увеличение прочности в три раза образцов с содержанием Glenium ACE 430 и ускорителя тверденияX-CEED 100 в сравнении собразцом без модификаторов на первые сутки, в два раза на 3- и сутки, 1,5 раза на 28- е сутки. Целесообразно снижение расхода цемента от 400 кг/м3 до 345 кг/м3,т.к. это не приводит к резкому снижению прочности бетона с комплексным модификатором.
