Субъекты социального партнерства в развитии российского малого бизнеса

Abstract

В статье раскрывается роль социального партнерства, а также специфика функций его субъектов в развитии российского малого бизнеса. Автор обосновывает утверждение о том, что кардинальные изменения отношений бизнеса и общества с середины прошлого века ставят перед предпринимателями, в том числе и малыми, новые задачи, решение которых возможно лишь на основе социального партнерства широкого круга социальных субъектов, включенных в сферу развития малого бизнеса.

The article revealed the role of social partnership and the specific character of its subjects’ roles in the development of Russian small business. It is substantiated that the fundamental changes between business and society since the last century set new problems for the businesspeople, small included. The solution of these problems can only be based on social partnership of social subjects, who are included in sphere of small business development.
