Труд как средство исправительного воздействия на осужденных, отбывающих наказания в виде лишения свободы

Abstract

In the given article problems of education of convicted people through work, who serve their sentence in the way of deprivation of liberty, and also some questions of labor organization are analyzed. On basis of existing experience of the criminal-executive institutions situated on the territory of Dagestan Republic some difficulties are revealed, the administration of criminal-executive institutions are faced with in the process of organization of convict labor. The ways of solving these problems of employment of prisoners, served the sentence in prisons are offered.

В статье анализируются проблемы трудового воспитания осужденных, отбывающих наказание в виде лишения свободы, а также вопросы надлежащей организации труда. На основе имеющейся практики деятельности уголовно-исполнительных учреждений, расположенных на территории РД выявлены трудности, с которыми сталкивается администрация ИУ в организации труда осужденных. Предложены пути решения проблемы занятости осужденных, отбывающих наказание в виде лишения свободы.
