Abstract

Рассматриваются принципы интеграции магнитострикционных преобразователей в многоуровневые системы управления технологическим процессом типа SCADA путем создания специализированного программного обеспечения. Предложенное программное обеспечение представляет собой модульную систему, которая обеспечивает сбор данных с различных датчиков (в том числе и магнитострикционного, созданного в Астраханском государственном техническом университете) рассчитывает значения температуры в зависимости от пришедшего с датчика значения расстояния способом линейной аппроксимации отображает полученные результаты в удобном для пользователя виде. Integration principles of magnitostriction converters in multilevel control systems of a technological process of the SCADA type by the creation of the specialized software are considered in the paper. The offered software represents a modular system, which provides data gathering from various gauges (including the magnetostrictive one, created in Astrakhan state technical university) counts values of temperature, depending on the value, which has come from the gauge of distance in the way of linear approximation and displays the received results in a user-friendly kind.
