Развитие методической базы формирования ценностно-ориентированного управления в российских компаниях

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены существующие методики исследования индивидуальных ценностных ориентаций людей, а также корпоративных ценностей. Проведен анализ на выявление недостатков существующей методической базы изучения ценностных ориентаций сотрудников компаний. Разработаны рекомендации по развитию методической базы, с помощью внедрения авторской методики формирования ценностно-ориентированного управления в российских компаниях

The article describes methodologies for research of individual value orientations, as well as corporate values, analyzes the drawbacks existing in the present-day methodological basis, develops recommendations to improve these methodologies through implementation of the author’s new vision of how value-oriented management should be created in Russian companies
