The positive effect of the second phase of the priority national project Health in the development of prophylactic medicine and primary medical prophylaxis in primary link of health care has been considered. The significance of the individual consulting of the visitors of health centers as an important functional element of the efficiency of their activities, a leading factor of ideology of preventive clinical examinations of the population has been defined.

Рассмотрено позитивное влияние второго этапа приоритетного национального проекта "Здоровье" на развитие профилактической медицины и первичной медицинской профилактики в первичном звене здравоохранения. Определено значение индивидуального консультирования посетителей центров здоровья, как важного функционального элемента эффективности их деятельности, ведущего фактора идеологии превентологической диспансеризации населения.
