Abstract

В статье обосновывается необходимость практического исследования чрезвычайных правовых режимов, соотносится законодательство ряда стран, в том числе Украины и Беларуси, с российским законодательством. Формулируется авторская позиция относительно отдельных аспектов правового регулирования ликвидации массовых беспорядков в Украине в 2013–2014 гг. с целью не допустить подобные обстоятельства в Российской Федерации.

The author explains the necessity to conduct practical research of emergency law, compares legislation in a number of countries including Ukraine and Byelorussia with the Russian legislation. The article presents the researcher’s vision of the legal regulation used for eradicating mass riots in Ukraine in 2013-2014. Its aim is to prevent similar situations in the Russian Federation.
