Abstract

In the modern society, development of megalopolises in the technological world makes it urgent to create a comfortable living environment which would allow people to feel happy and reduce stress level. Informational and technological changes in living environment offer multiple opportunities and simultaneously put forward demands for time planning and rational use of resources by both an individual and the society. Therefore, it raises the question concerning the organization of living environment in a megalopolis, and puts forward demands for planning traffic flows, urban development and reasonable resource use. Informational basis of the society switches to the green concept of urban environment development and puts forward new requirements to the management of territories, enterprises and work groups, making comfortability and decrease of stress level the number one priority. Solving these problems is the basis for theoretical and practical development of city logistics which includes traffic flows, cultural environment and corrupt practices, urban development and resource saving.
