In the article the analysis of the legislation, regulating the implementation of the inquiry of deputy (starting from 1905) is carried out, the problems of realiza-tion of this form of parliamentary control are emphasized and the issues are proposed. The author puts forward his suggestion to improve the existing legislation in the field of realization of the inquiry of deputy.
В статье проводится анализ законо-дательства, регулирующего осуществление депу-татского запроса (начиная с 1905 года), обознача-ются проблемы реализации этой формы парламент-ского контроля и предлагаются пути их решения. Автор вносит свои предложения по совершенство-ванию действующего законодательства в области осуществления депутатского запроса.
