Общее и особенное в социальной адаптации местного населения республики Саха (Якутия) к промышленному производству

Abstract

На основе выделения общего и особенного в социальной адаптации представителей северных народов в индустриальной среде обоснована необходимость перехода от патерналистской модели социальной адаптации к партнерской. Раскрыв опыт приспособления местной молодежи к условиям индустриальной среды на примере алмазодобывающей промышленности, определены место и роль института гражданского общества в социальной адаптации местной молодежи в промышленном производстве.

On the basis of general and peculiar in the social adaptation among the Northern people in industrial environment there is need for transition from paternalistic model of social adaptation to partnership. Having discovered the experience of the youth in their adjustment to the conditions of industrial area by example diamond cutting industry, the place and role of the institution of civil society in social adaptation in industrial production are detected.
