Abstract

Placing of collective use centers net (CUC) is researched in the article. The question is analyzed through placing of centers on the territory of Russia and through priorities in development of science, technologies and technics. Different approaches to optimality of centers placing on territory of Russia and financing of centers through budget were offered. The structure of financing for organizations in dependence of priorities in development of science was offered.

В статье исследуется вопрос оптимальности размещения сети центров коллективного пользования научным оборудованием (ЦКП) на территории страны, а также в разрезе приоритетных направлений развития науки, технологий и техники. Предложены различные подходы к определению оптимальности размещения сети центров по территории России и их финансирования из бюджета. Предложена структура финансирования организаций сети ЦКП в зависимости от приоритетного направления.
