О некоторых аспектах функционирования соматизмов в политическом дискурсе

Abstract

The present article provides an analysis of somatisms in political discourse. The core of the article deals with the analysis of some phenomena that determine the vital activity of the human body. An attempt has been made to describe a specific type of a person's social activity by analyzing the character of a prominent political leader. The aim of the article is to present the political leader's unique personality and image by analyzing somatic vocabulary he used in his public statements.

Данная статья посвящена анализу соматизмов в политическом дискурсе. Анализ лексических единиц, связанных с обозначением явлений жизнедеятельности человеческого организма, занимает центральную роль в работе. В статье предпринята попытка отразить определенный тип социальной активности человека (в нашем случае политического лидера) с целью представления его уникального образа посредством анализа соматической лексики, которой он оперировал в своих публичных речах.
