Новые подходы к ведению больных остеоартрозом в реальной клинической практике

Abstract

В статье представлены данные по ведению больных с остеоартрозом. Описаны последние рекомендации, созданные комитетом Европейского общества по клиническим и экономическим аспектам остеопороза и остеоартрита (ESCEO). В рекомендациях предложена очередность применения всех имеющихся методов лечения этого заболевания, подчеркнута необходимость сочетанного применения немедикаментозных и фармакологических методов лечения.

This article provides data on treatment of patients with osteoarthrosis. The latest recommendations proposed by The European Society for Clinical and Economic Aspects of Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis (ESCEO) are described. These recommendations suggest the sequence of treatment methods for this disease and stress the need to combine the use of drug-free and medical treatment modes.
