Abstract

В статье рассмотрены особенности потребительской лояльности во взаимосвязи с удовлетворенностью и вовлеченностью потребителей в процесс покупки. Предложена авторская модель оценки удовлетворенности потребителей, позволяющая выявлять причины лояльности и совершенствовать значимые для потребителей параметры продукта.
