
В статье приводятся проблемы традиционного дополнительного образования муниципальных служащих и основные требования к современной инновационной образовательной системе, отвечающей вызовам современного общественного развития. Предложены концептуальные подходы к построению такой системы, а также конкретные механизмы и инструменты ее реализации.Problems of traditional additional education of municipal employees and the basic requirements to the modern innovative educational system answering to calls of modern social development are described. Conceptual approaches to construction of such system, and also concrete mechanisms and tools of its realization are offered.
