Эндопротезирование проксимального отдела бедра при костных опухолях

Abstract

The article summarizes the experience of treating 47 patients with various neoplastic lesions of the proximal femur, including those with pathological fracture of the femur. The features of the clinical picture and current diagnostic techniques of bone tumors were considered. The use of various types of prostheses, as well as prosthetic appliances is described. The survival rate of patients in the short-term and long-term periods after surgery is assessed.

В статье обобщен опыт лечения 47 пациентов с различными опухолевыми поражениями проксимального отдела бедра, в том числе с патологическим переломом бедренной кости. Рассмотрены особенности клинической картины и современные методы диагностики опухолевого процесса в кости. Описано применение различных видов протезов, а также техника протезирования. Оценена выживаемость больных в ближайшие и отдаленные сроки после оперативного лечения.
