Периодизация процессов информационной евроинтеграции Украины

Abstract

В статье предложена периодизация процессов информационной евроинтеграции Украины. Автором выделено четыре основных периода, приведена их характеристика и выявлена специфика. Охарактеризованы основные тенденции развития украинского информационного пространства. Проанализированы ключевые нормативно-правовые акты, касающиеся украинской информационной политики, данные международных рейтингов и индексов развития информационной сферы. Выявлены характерные черты украинской информационной интеграции (нестабильность и несистемность развития евроинтеграционного курса, а также отсутствие синергии между информационной политикой и информационным рынком Украины).

In the article is implemented a periodization of processes of information eurointegration of Ukraine. The author identified four main periods, given their characteristics and identified specific. It was analyzed the main trends in the Ukrainian information space, key regulations concerning Ukrainian information policy, data of international ratings and indices of the development of information sphere. The features of Ukrainian information eurointegration were identified (instability and non-systemic in the development of the European integration course and the lack of synergy between information policy and information market of Ukraine).
