Abstract

Achieving of high sports results in ski races are substantially dependent on the level of athletes’ special power qualities. However, there are few works devoted to the studying of the matter, but there is also no unified approach to the power preparation in such researches, though, the separate techniques represent undoubted interest. In our work we’ve investigated the efficiency of the stato-dynamic exercises in overcoming and conceding modes with the insignificant flexion and extension in joints in slow motions, which contributes to pinch the capillaries in the making muscles and as a result it creates a local hypoxia.
