Становление понятия «Языковая ситуация в городе» в отечественной лингвистике

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается история формирования понятия «языковая ситуация в городе» в отечественной социолингвистике XX в. Анализируется подход к характеристике городской языковой картины, сформированный в трудах известного советского языковеда Л. Б. Ларина, а также актуальность выдвинутых ученым основополагающих принципов описания языка города в современной социолингвистике.

The paper discusses the formation of the “city linguistic situation” concept in Russian sociolinguistics of the 20th century. It highlights the definition of the city linguistic situation formed in the works of the famous linguist L. Larin, and discusses the relevance of the scholar’s basic principles to the linguistic chara-cteristic of the city in modern sociolinguistics.
