Abstract

In article it describes the method of producing chromiumcarbide coating by chemical vapor deposition. Results of metallographic researches, evaluating roughness and chemical resistance of the coating are presented.

В статье описан способ получения карбидохромового покрытия химическим осаждением из паровой фазы. Приведены результаты металлографических исследований, оценки шероховатости и химической стойкости покрытия.
