Abstract

Прибрежные зоны государства развиваются более быстрыми темпами по сравнению с остальными за счет активизации и ускоренного развития инвестиционнопривлекательных отраслей хозяйства. Природные ресурсы прибрежных регионов не просто природные объекты, вовлекаемые в хозяйственный оборот, внутри них существует человеческая популяция. В своем единстве береговая и морская зоны должны восприниматься как единый сложный хозяйственный комплекс, включающий географическую, экологическую, экономическую и социальную системы.
