Общие принципы постановки реакции иммунофлюоресценции для определения видовой принадлежности изолированных клеток животного происхождения

Abstract

В работе установлены общие принципы постановки реакции иммунофлюоресценции на примере клеток буккального эпителия и печени человека, которые включают: систему контроля качества, специфичности, активности, красящего титра и рабочего разведения люминесцирующих сывороток, выявление свободного флюорохрома, выбор фиксации препаратов, буферной смеси, температурных режимов. Указанные этапы пос тановки РИФ гарантируют стандартизацию исследования и сводят к минимуму неспецифическое связывание флюоресцирующих антител.
