An economic assessment of the existing scientific and methodological provisions for the organizational structure and development of agricultural holdings in a meat-production subcomplex has been given. The pre-conditions and motives have been revealed and the principles of organization and development of agricultural holdings have been formulated. The factors and conditions impeding the development of integration processes, as well as the capacity of organizations in the creation of agricultural holdings on certain types of activity in the meat production subcomplex have been determined. The sequence of decisions and actions directed to developing of the concept of agricultural holdings organization and operation and to finding raw materials market have been determined. The organizational and economic mechanisms of integration of the AIC organizations in the meat processing subcomplex by the holding type are submitted. On the pattern of «BIN» LLC, Republic of Buryatia, the necessity of using the principles of indicative planning in agricultural holdings, which contribute to a more intensive development of the integrating subjects’ initiative in the usage of reserves available, is substantiated. The models of distributive relations in agricultural holdings the pricing and normative-distributive ones are suggested. The strategic direction of successful activities of agricultural holdings has been developed.

Дана экономическая оценка действующих научно-методических положений по организационному построению и развитию агрохолдингов в мясопродуктовом подкомплексе. Выявлены предпосылки и мотивы, сформулированы принципы организации и развития агрохолдингов. Определены факторы и условия, сдерживающие развитие интеграционных процессов, а также возможности организаций АПК в создании агрохолдингов по определённым видам деятельности в мясопродуктовом подкомплексе. Изложена последовательность решений и действий, направленных на разработку концепции организации и функционирования агрохолдингов, выявления рынка сырья. Показаны организационные и экономические механизмы интеграции организаций АПК в мясоперерабатывающем подкомплексе по холдинговому типу. На примере ООО «БИН» Республики Бурятия обоснована необходимость применения принципов индикативного планирования в агрохолдингах, которые более полно развивают инициативу субъектов интеграции в использовании имеющихся резервов. Предложены модели распределительных отношений в агрохолдингах: ценовая и нормативно-распределительная. Разработаны стратегические направления успешной деятельности агрохолдингов.
