Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются теоретические подходы к пониманию человеческого капитала в зарубежной и отечественной литературе, уровни его анализа и виды. На основе данных эмпирического исследования мнения медицинских работников г. Казани в статье проводится анализ трудового, интеллектуально-образовательного, культурно-нравственного капитала и капитала здоровья медицинских работников.

The paper dwells upon theoretical approaches to human capital assets in foreign and domestic science, the levels of its analysis and types. The author analyzes labour, intellectual, educational, cultural, moral, and health capital of medical staff based on empirical survey among medical staff of Kazan.
