Возможности микрофокусной рентгенографии в диагностике сифилиса костной ткани древних людей

Abstract

На большом палеоантропологическом материале с помощью цифровой микрофокусной рентгенографии изучались патологические изменения костной ткани при сифилисе у древних людей. Проводилось сравнительное исследование результатов микрофокусной рентгенографии и спиральной рентгеновской компьютерной томографии. Микрофокусная рентгенография оказалась методом выбора в диагностике сифилитического поражения костной ткани у древних людей, превышающим по возможностям спиральную компьютерную томографию.

We applied the microfocus digital radiography method to study pathological bone changes at syphilis in ancient people. We compared the results of microfocus radiography and X-ray spiral computed tomography. We revealed that microfocus radiography is a method of choice in bone syphilis diagnostics in ancient people, and its opportunities is greater than opportunities of spiral computed tomography.
