Алгоритм оценки безопасности движения с учетом функционального состояния водителя

Abstract

Обоснован подход к оценке и прогнозированию аварийности на автомобильных дорогах общего пользования, основу которого составляют принципы системного проектирования автомобильных дорог и закономерности изменения функционального состояния водителя в процессе движения. Предложена модель и соответствующий алгоритм оценки безопасности движения. Дана оценка параметров модели.

An approach to assessment and prediction of accidents on the roads of general use, which is based on the system design of highways and regularities of changes of the driver’s functional state during the trip is grounded. A model and the corresponding algorithm for evaluating traffic safety are offered. The model parameters are estimated.
