Новые галотолерантные штаммыдеструкторы бифенила рода Rhodococcus

Abstract

Из образцов техногенно-минеральных образований солеразработок (Березники, Пермский край) выделено 6 штаммов-деструкторов бифенила. На основании морфо-физиологических свойств и анализа нуклеотидных последовательностей гена 16S рРНК штаммы идентифицированы как Rhodococcus sp. Установлено, что штаммы используют в качестве единственного источника углерода и энергии ряд монои полиароматических соединений, а также их хлорированные и гидроксилированные производные. Показана способность штаммов использовать бифенил в качестве единственного источника углерода и энергии в условиях повышенного содержания хлорида натрия в среде.
