Задача согласованного ценообразования арендных отношений при организации деятельности торговоразвлекательных центров

Abstract

Рассматривается задача ценообразования арендных ставок в торгово-закупочных центрах. Приводятся математические модели ценообразования. На примере ТРЦ «Мегакомплекс Московский» определяется размер арендных ставок, выгодный управляющей компании и операторам.
