Методы развития научно-методической культуры преподавателя высшей школы

Abstract

Ведущее место в структуре профессиональной деятельности преподавателя вуза занимает научно-методическая деятельность. Научно-методические умения, творческое мышление и профессиональное самосознание преподавателя вуза, развитие которых осуществляется в научно-методической деятельности, представлены сквозь призму понятия «научно-методическая культура». Технология развития научно-методической культуры преподавателя высшей школы представлена в единстве следующих составляющих: концептуальная; содержательная; процессуальная; организационная. Процессуальная составляющая технологии предполагает выбор и обоснование соответствующих методов. Разработана авторская система партисипативных методов включающая: методы развития профессионального самосознания; методы развития творческого мышления; методы развития научно-методических умений; методы стимулирования поведения и деятельности; методы контроля процесса развития научно-методической культуры преподавателя.
