Метод оценки экономической эффективности применения производственного аутсорсинга на автомобилестроительном предприятии России

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности применения производственного аутсорсинга на крупнейшем российском автомобилестроительном предприятии − ОАО «КамАЗ». Предложен метод обоснования экономической эффективности управления предприятием на основе аутсорсинга, учитывающий влияние аутсорсинговых мероприятий на прибыльность продукта. Представлены основные направления работ по улучшению экономической эффективности внедрения производственного аутсорсинга на предприятии.
