Abstract

The article presents the results of self-assessing the state of health by students going in for sports. The results mentioned give evidence concerning the fact that after taking «Huato Pills» phytomedicine most pronounced positive changes take place in first-year students` organisms. Their positive effect upon the state of tissue breath, assessed by means of auto-fluorescent spectral photometry, and the improvement of cerebral haemo-dynamics, assessed by the encephalographic method, are established. The data obtained give evidence concern-ing protective effect of «Huato Pills» mobilizing mental and physical activeness, especially on earlier training stages in different kinds of sports. The possibility of this phytomedicine application for adapting the youth to the terms of the first year staying in the organized group (sporting camp) combined with the educational proc-ess is detected. «Huato Pills» taking is reasonable in the period of psycho-emotional stress promoting mainte-nance of functional (vagus) reserves and organism`s adequate reactivity. This phytomedicine can be applied by healthy people while going in for physical culture and by sportsmen both in the training process and at prepa-rations to sport events.
