Abstract

Представлены организационные изменения, произошедшие во ВГУЭС за последние пять лет, и отмечена их нацеленность на реализацию стратегических приоритетов вуза. Проанализированы основные тенденции в структуре кадрового состава ВГУЭС, его конкурентные преимущества.
