ПРИНУДИТЕЛЬНЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ ДОГОВОРА НА ОБУЧЕНИЕ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫХ ГРАЖДАНСКИХ СЛУЖАЩИХ

Abstract

Рассматриваются позитивные и отрицательные стороны договора на обучение кадров для государственной гражданской службы. Автор считает, что данный договор противоречит Федеральному закону «О государственной гражданской службе Российской Федерации», предоставляющему право на свободное расторжение служебного контракта, заключаемого с гражданским служащим.

The article covers positive and negative terms of agreement for training government employees. The author thinks that this agreement contradicts Federal Law About Public Administration of the Russian Federation which gives right to free cancelation labor agreement made with government employees.
