Государственно-частное партнерство в реализации стратегий регионального развития

Abstract

The article considers regional aspects of state-private partnership in which the parties are presented by regional authorities and the representative of local business. The papers makes focus at those goals of regional social and economic development, which are most perspective from the point of view of mechanisms of such partnership. Special attention is concentrated at the contribution of partnership to the solution of problems of innovative modernization of economy of subjects of Federation. The article offers some recommendations, aimed at the strengthening of the institutional and legal base of state-private partnership at the regional level.

В статье исследуется существующий механизм государственно-частного партнерства в процессе реализации стратегий регионального развития и рассматриваются перспективные направления его совершенствования. Анализируется существующая практика осуществления проектов государственночастного партнерства в регионах, изложены принципы формирования программ типовых проектов государственно-частного партнерства для малых и средних предприятий.
