Abstract

Nursing personnel influences considerably the results and the effectiveness of the activity of the health care system. To study the motivation factors and the parameters of the nursing personnel work, anonymous questionnaires were distributed among the medical nurses. Certain hesitancy in their knowledge and skills was revealed in nurses with small working experience (3-4 years). With an increase in the working experience, the nurses begin to realize that the acquired knowledge and skills allow solving more complicated tasks. Though lack of personal perspectives and a feeling of novelty can have a negative effect on their motivation. All this should be taken into account when the employee is offered the perspectives of career growth, different kinds of rotation, acquisition of new knowledge and professional skills.
